Although the type of customer varies dramatically, here is a general makeup of the type of customer that comes to GeoMetrick Enterprises.

Financially Savvy: Does not want to waste money training entry-level people at top-level prices. When they’re paying top dollar for a service, they expect a high level of service.

Hard-Working: Wants someone that will also work hard on their project.

Market Savvy: This is not the person that falls for the claims of every commercial they see on TV. They know that all marketing is directed at the most positive aspects of a product or service. They can read between the lines to see through the fluff. This person questions the extreme things they’re told or read, such as, “No-one does that, anymore. None of our other customers has ever asked for that. That’s really stupid. We always get people to change their minds on that.”

Not Satisfied with Just Anything: Wants a high quality of service for their money, including receiving a service that includes knowledge of their business. They aren’t satisfied receiving a low level of service only because that’s all a particular software vendor or services company can provide.

Dedicated to Their Profession: This is often more than just a job, this is a mission. The type of people that come to GeoMetrick Enterprises aren’t just looking for someone to just slap something together, but for someone that wants them to attain best solution possible.
